Isuzu and Toyota top customer satisfaction in Malaysia

Based on the ratings of various auto brands in Malaysia from the J. D. Power 2017 Malaysia Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) study, Isuzu and Toyota came out on top.

Isuzu scored 5 stars (among the best) for overall satisfaction, sales initiation, dealer facility, salesperson and delivery timing. They scored 4 stars (better than most) for deal and delivery process. On the other hand, Toyota scored 5 stars for overall satisfaction, sales initiation, deals, sales person and delivery process while scoring 4 stars for dealer facility and delivery timing.
