New Mercedes−Benz C−Class

Mercedes-Benz has launched the new C-Class Saloon and Estate models. These are plug-in hybrids and mild hybrids with 48-volt technology and an integrated starter-generator. 

The plug-in hybrid cars are reported to achieve an electric range of about 100 kilometres (WLTP ), something that is unprecedented in this category to date. 

There are not that much detail available but the other technical specifications include optional features such as digital light and rear-axle steering. They start taking orders for the Saloon and Estate models from 30 March and will arrive in dealer showrooms in summer 2021. Hopefully, they will be released in Malaysia at the same time.
